Tim is the Director of the 4S Ranch | Del Sur Nighthawks Boys & Girls Recreation Lacrosse Program. He also volunteers as a coach in the program.
Tim grew up in Baltimore, Maryland. He first played Lacrosse at age 10 for the Lutherville-Timonium Rec Program. He was a multi-sport athlete in high school playing football & lacrosse at Loyola Blakefield. As a senior, he was a member of the 1989 Maryland MIAA 'A' Division State Lacrosse State Championship Team for the Loyola Dons!
Tim attended Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York. He was a four year, DII student-athlete, graduating on time with a 92 point lacrosse career which finished with a runner up loss to Springfield, MA. in the NCAA DII Championship in 1993.
Tim's uncle played for the Johns Hopkins Blue Jays & father played for the Loyola University Greyhounds. So, the sport of Lacrosse is in his blood!
He not only brings a tremendous amount of experience in the sport of Lacrosse, but has coached his son, Blake, and his peers in Flag Football, Basketball & Lacrosse for a combined 14 seasons/16 teams. He strives to teach the players respect for the game & each other, strong work ethic & life skills for overcoming adversity. He wants them to develop a competitive nature while preparing them for real life ahead!
Tim and his wife, Kristine, own and operate an independent residential real estate brokerage, Skoglin Real Estate, Inc. based in 4S Ranch. They have been selling homes in San Diego County since 1995. They also own and operate a Senior Care Home, Rosemary Warmlands Senior Care in Vista. Kristine is the licensed administrator of the care facility.
Tim & Kristine have a son, Blake, a Cathedral Catholic Freshman, and daughter, Laura (Lolly), a 6th Grader at Oak Valley Middle School. The Skoglin family has lived in the 4S Ranch Community since 2002.
